La Cena Lentils with Sausage
Total Time: 50 Minutes | Serves: 4
2 cups of La Cena dry lentils
1 sausage (9 oz), sliced
2 Tablespoons La Cena minced garlic
1 medium onion, diced
1 large potato, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 Tablespoon of La Cena paprika
2 Tablespoons of La Cena Olive oil for sautéing
Salt to taste
Wash lentils throughly and place then lentils, refried chorizo, garlic cloves, carrots, and potatoes in a large pot.
Pour water at least 3 fingers over total to cover the ingredients
Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat.
