D'Sabor Tostadas with Chorizo

1 pack D’Sabor Corn Tostadas
1 piece D’Sabor Chorizo 15oz
1 can of La Cena Pinto Beans 15oz
¼ cup Riquesito Queso Cotija Molido
2 leaves of iceberg lettuce,julienned
2 medium Tomatoes, diced
1 Onion finely diced, keep a small portion aside for the garnish
Pinch of fresh cilantro finely diced
Guacamole or green salsa for garnish
Heat oil over medium heat in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottom pot. Add onion and cook until softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in chorizo and cook 8 minutes over high heat, or until much of the liquid has evaporated
Heat up the beans, drain .
Spread the beans over the tostadas; follow with a layer of chorizo, a layer of lettuce, a little onion, a hefty sprinkle of cotija cheese , finish garnish with some green salsa.
