D'Sabor Tostadas with Chorizo

  • 1 pack D’Sabor Corn Tostadas

  • 1 piece D’Sabor Chorizo 15oz

  • 1 can of La Cena Pinto Beans 15oz

  • ¼ cup Riquesito Queso Cotija Molido

  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce,julienned

  • 2 medium Tomatoes, diced

  • 1 Onion finely diced, keep a small portion aside for the garnish

  • Pinch of fresh cilantro finely diced

  • Guacamole or green salsa for garnish


Heat oil over medium heat in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottom pot. Add onion and cook until softened, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in chorizo and cook 8 minutes over high heat, or until much of the liquid has evaporated             

Heat up the beans, drain .

Spread the beans over the tostadas; follow with a layer of chorizo, a layer of lettuce, a little onion, a hefty sprinkle of cotija cheese , finish garnish with some green salsa.
