La Cena Bean Salad
Total Time: 30 Minutes | Serves: 8-10
15 oz can of La Cena garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained & rinsed
15 oz can of La Cena red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can of La Cena black beans, drained and rinsed
15 oz can of La Cena pinto beans, drained and rinsed
4 green onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, sliced
1/2 cup La Cena cider vinegar
1/4 cup La Cena olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor onion powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon D’Sabor ground cayenne pepper (optional)
Mix in all beans into a bowl, and add chopped green onions, and celery.
Whisk in a separate bowl, vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad, and toss gently to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, and gently toss before serving.
