Victorina Spaghetti Dinner
Total Time: 25 Minutes | Serves: 4
1 bag La Cena fancy fideos
1 ½ cups Victorina tomato paste
Pinch of La Cena black pepper
Pinch of Salt
8oz of bacon
1 medium red onion, julienned
2 fresh tomatoes diced
½ tablespoon red pepper flakes or oregano
3 tablespoons of Pecorino Romano
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until tender, about 5 minutes. Add red onion and cook until translucent, about 10 minutes. Add Victorina tomato paste, tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until sauce is slightly reduced, about 8 minutes.
Strain spaghetti, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water. Add spaghetti and pasta water to sauce, and toss. Then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with pecorino romano
