La Cena Lentils with Sausage

Total Time: 50 Minutes  |  Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of La Cena dry lentils

  • 1 sausage (9 oz), sliced

  • 2 Tablespoons La Cena minced garlic

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced

  • 1 Tablespoon of La Cena paprika  

  • 2 Tablespoons of La Cena Olive oil for sautéing

  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash lentils throughly and place then lentils, refried chorizo, garlic cloves, carrots, and potatoes in a large pot.

Pour water at least 3 fingers over total to cover the ingredients

Cook for 45 minutes on medium heat.
